Baked Chicken & Rice Casserole

- 1-1/2 cups rice (uncooked)
- 4 to 6 chicken breasts (or cut up chicken pieces)
- 1 10-oz can Cream of Mushroom soup
- 2 10-oz cans water
- 1 pkg dry onion soup mix
Put the raw rice in the bottom of a large baking dish. Pour in soup and water. Mix well. Put in the chicken breasts. Sprinkle dry onion soup over breasts. Cover with foil and bake 1-1/2 hours at 325°.
