No-Fail Pancakes

Ingredients
- 2 cups flour (Use 1/2 to 1 cup whole wheat flour as part of the 2 cups, if desired.)
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 Tbs baking powder
- 2 cups milk (Or use 1/2 cup powdered milk and 2 cups water.)
- 2 eggs
- 1/4 cup vegetable oil
Directions
Combine dry ingredients, then combine all others and mix together well. Add more milk if too thick.
