Pizza Dough/Sauce

Dough:
- 4 cups flour
- 1 tsp salt
- 1-1/2 Tbs yeast
- 1-1/4 cups warm water
- 4 tsp vegetable oil
Mix together, knead until smooth (about 10 min). Let rise until double in bulk.
Sauce:
- 2 cups (16 oz) tomato sauce
- 1/2 tsp garlic salt
- 1/8 tsp black pepper
- 2 minced garlic (garlic powder)
- 1/4 tsp parsley or basil
- 3/4 tsp oregano
Mix together and let stand for several hours or overnight so flavors will blend.
