Pumpkin Spice Cake

- 2 cups flour
- 2 tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1 tsp salt
- 2 tsp cinnamon
- 1-3/4 cup granulated sugar
Add:
- 4 eggs
- 2 cups pumpkin
- 1 cup oil
Blend in 1/2 cup chopped nuts
Grease and flour bunt pan. Pour in mixture and bake for about 50 min in 350° preheated oven. Toothpick inserted into cake should come out clean when cake is done. Very good plain, sprinkled with powered sugar, or frosted with a cream cheese frosting.
Frosting:
- 4 oz cream cheese
- 1/2 cup margarine
- 4 cups powdered sugar
- 1 to 2 Tbs milk
- 1/2 tsp vanilla
Mix with mixer. Frost when cake is cool.
