Sauerkraut Salad

- 1 1-lb can sauerkraut
- 1/2 cup thinly cut celery
- 1/2 cup thinly cut green pepper
- 1/2 cup shredded carrot
- 1/4 cup chopped onion
Drain and cut sauerkraut in pieces.
Mix with vegetables.
Add dressing:
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 4 Tbs oil
- 1 tsp celery seed
- 1/4 cup vinegar
Mix well. Pour over the salad and let stand for 12 hours.
