Tomato Salsa

- 2 cups chopped tomatoes (about 4)
- 1/2 cup finely chopped onion
- 1/2 cup chopped green pepper
- 1 - 2 jalapeno peppers seeded and minced (you may used canned)
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp fresh or dried cilantro
- 1-2 Tbs fresh lime juice
- 1 Tbs vegtable oil
Diced canned tomatoes may be added.
Serve or refrigerate, use in a week.
