White Sauce
Use for macaroni and cheese or country gravy.
Melt 2 Tab butter or use meat drippings
Add 2 Tab flour and mix well. Add 1-2 cups Milk and stir until nearing thick, add shredded cheese for Mac and cheese. Add salt and pepper to taste.
